The BOSS Workshop focuses small business owners on the plans and actions that are most important for future success

If you’re in the early stages of your small business and want to take the right steps to ensure you get the outcomes you want as an owner, The BOSS small business training workshop is for you. Short for Business Owner Success Strategies, the BOSS Workshop will provide you with a wide range of business plans and templates that will be explained and used throughout the workshop to help you create a small business that works for you.

The Workshop itself is broken into four, 3.5-hour sessions. Each session is run once per fortnight for a total of 6 weeks, at a central location in Hamilton, Waikato. At the end of each workshop session, we’ll provide a list of actions to be taken before the next session to ensure you take action on the information taught in each session for the benefit of your small business.

Participants in each workshop are strictly limited to 14 businesses to ensure a high-quality experience and an ability to provide one-on-one support to your business within each workshop session. We encourage you to bring your partner along to the workshop and don’t charge extra for a second attendee from your business.

In addition to the four workshop sessions, each company participating will receive a full-year membership to the Under5 Small Business website to ensure you have access to ongoing resources for growing and managing your small business. We'll also be happy to connect you to any specialist support you need through our wide network of small business specialist partners, other business owners, or industry associations that might be appropriate for you.
